System Features
Aluminum system with thermal break for running sliding doors.
 
Aluminum profiles
The aluminum profiles are extruded in aluminum alloy 6060 for architecture according to norm NP EN 12020-02.
The profiles with thermal break are obtained by insertion of 6.6 mm polyamide insulation rods reinforced with 25% glass fiber. Versatile Benelux bench cutting and cutting edge system, is the ideal system for the innovative architectural solutions of today.
Average thickness of 1.5 mm aluminum profiles.
 
Fixed rings
Profiles with thermal break obtained by insertion of polyamide insulation rods of 14.6 mm or 18 mm;
Lower sliding guide rail in 304 stainless steel or polyamide to prevent wear of parts.
 
Mobile hoops
Filling from 18 mm to 26 mm;
Mobile hoops of straight line;
Watertightness assured by TPE joint and / or Sin-Feal type plush.
 
Dimensioning and maneuverability
Maximum weight of 150 kg per sheet (with 2 double bearings);
Opening possibilities: 2, 3, 4 and 6 sheets with movable and / or fixed sheets;
Double oscillating bearing with adjustment;
Needle roller bearings in stainless steel with rectified tempered shaft being possible to replace without disassembling the sheet;
External support with cataphoresis treatment (anti-corrosive);
Side opening with side lock or multi-point hardware with 2 or 4 locking points.
 
Performances
 
System certified by the notified laboratory of the initial type test (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351-1 for the purposes of CE marking.
 
Categories achieved in the evaluation of the CT system window typology:
 
1. Air permeability: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
2. Watertightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
3. Wind resistance: Class C5 (test standard EN 12211)
