European chamber stop system.
 
System Features
 
Stop system with European chamber and triple EPDM sealing (exterior, central, interior). The AZ system enables the execution of 4 versions of frames:
 
1. Straight line version (to order);
 
2. Curved line version;
 
3. Tradition line version (on order);
 
4. Oval line version (to order);
 
Aluminum profiles
The aluminum profiles are extruded in aluminum alloy 6060 for architecture according to norm NP EN 12020-02. Average thickness of 1.5 mm aluminum profiles for windows and doors;
 
Fixed rings
 
Fixed hoops section 40 mm or 72 mm;
Fixed hoops with square for miter mounting;
 
Mobile hoops
 
Section of 48 mm moving hoops;
Filling for single or double glass from 4 mm to 32 mm;
Straight, curved, traditionally custom hoops without bite or oval without bite;
Square mounting brackets;
Profile of a straight line inverter or tradition.
 
Dimensioning and maneuverability
 
Minimum dimensions - maximum of SHEET: 375 mm - 1700 mm (L); 410 mm - 2700 mm (H);
Maximum weight 120 kg sheet with oscillo-stop;
Maximum weight 65 kg sheet for opening windows;
Maximum weight 120 kg sheet with door hinge;
 
Possibilities of opening: interior stop (with or without oscillo-stop), exterior, tilting, projecting and harmonium; Watertightness assured by triple joints in EPDM;
 
Performances
 
System certified by laboratory notified for initial type tests (ITT) according to the product standard EN 14351-1 for the purposes of CE marking.
